The suspension in trade was because Broward had sent back enough to cover US disclosures but that was short of what the ASX required so had to wait for the US return from work etc… time zones at play.
Im happy with this. There are 2 other matters that are waiting in the wings, neither are contracts but around governance etc and I’ll wait until they either materialise or do another HMD and promise the world but delivers miss….
good start, just late by about…. 5 months…. This should have been signed off in September 2023
