So here's a significant announcement that's slipped under the radar.

Aside from the positive developments in Thailand, the fact that there is now "strong interest in the company" and that "it is very likely that we will be able to make placements shortly for significant capital raisings and not be as dependent on La Jolla as we have been in the past," is excellent news.

Richard Sealey's comments that fund-raising through traditional avenues proved impossible due to company history and himself being an unknown quantity as CEO are revealing. Seems that these prejudices have now been removed as a result of his performance since taking over as CEO, and growing recognition of the inherent value of RFID.

If I read this right, they may even raise enough to retire the La Jolla facility. Downside is further dilution. Upside is that the dilution will be balanced by removal of the artificial ceiling caused by La Jolla, with the SP then able to find a level more reflective of true value.

Was also somewhat stunned to discover from the BRR interviewer that the high profile security agency we are dealing with in the US is none other than the NSA. Repeat business from them is no mean feat and augurs well for further business both from them and the many other US security agencies they deal with.

Now if La Jolla could just dump a few back down to 1.7 cents!
