Will be interesting to see how it turns out. They likely would have privately briefed the big holders who will lose all if PNN becomes insolvent. They would know more about Pular than retail holders. So to some extent they are on the hook. PNN has an asset of some value in Rincon but cannot convert it to cash for quite some time. Time will tell with Pular but visuals looked good.
I would not be topping up now. If the big holders do not shell out then the CR fails. PNN then has to go to the Instos etc and raise at say 1.5, 1.6 or 1.7 on the basis of the Rincon asset. The SP would likely drift to those levels.
