RPCVD has not yet grown a Multi-Quantum Well. These are perhaps the hardest part of an LED structure to grow. Google the literature, and anyone with even basic knowledge of compound semiconductors will grasp the implications.
I am still hearing the "Low temperature" line. Relative to what? I don't believe that this has even been fully established.
Manufacturers would probably be interested in the Mean Time Between Failure, and the Mean Time Between Maintenance for the BLG equipment. This is just as important to the viability of the technology. I wonder if we will get any of this sort of data from Bourne & Co? I won't hold my breath......
