    Ferrovial offer is already hostile. Will cost BRS $20m just to defend against hostile takeover offer from Ferrovial. Both Ferrovial and Broadspectrum will lost heaps if offer is unsuccessful. What a terrible waste if that happens. But I think Ferrovial is serious. It is a strategic move by Ferrovial to buy out BRS as part of their grand plan in China and Australia.
