Every company should pay peanuts to the management and expect them to deliver millions in profit from day one.

Similar to that CEO of Australia Post few years ago who turned around the company into a profitable one. He should have never been paid the highest salary in the country for making Australia POST go from 222 million dollar in black to 126 million dollars in profit within couple of years.

All the acquisitions, deals , POs, revenue growth, global expansion in last 12 months is just a ponzi scheme. the management should be sacked for doing all these terrible things.
