    Paterson's took a fee to underwrite a placement for ISN. Expect to see $50K in fees.

    They had the task of going to 10 clients for $100,000 each, or approach a HNW individual who has an appetite for micro-cap opportunities in the tech space.

    This is everyday business in the broking world....if you think Mathieson hunted down ISN because he just had to be an investor you are kidding yourselves.

    Best of luck holders but I dont think you are going to see much more traction from this announcement.

    They still need to raise again in a few months time.
