re: Ann: Bruce Mathieson Becomes Cornerstone ... Am pretty happy with this result. ISN have chosen to only to raise us much as they need to thereby minimising dilution. Their task now is to somehow quickly increase the share price to reduce the potential dilution of the next raising which will be required in approximately 3 months time again.

At least we now know the company's claim that they are funded till 2013 was a crock, it's what all of us except MF knew anyway. Hopefully there is a clause in there in respect to Bruce Mathieson not being able to sell stock for a period of time. We need all focus on increasing the share price.
