In what way has it been proven wrong? Still a 15% or so dilution for a return of $1mill. In 3 months they may have to do the same again. Share price is still only the equivalent of .003c. I would say it's exactly what we've all said they would do, the key is whether they can create interest to give the share price a boost before the next placement.

The good news is we do have a cornerstone investor. If Bruce is willing to further support financially then we can be confident that we won't have the same debacle of the last placement. No doubt the marketcap is still very low so there is potential.
