They have articulated a low cost approach through re-assaying of existing drill pulps with a systematic sample selection criteria based on geochemistry and proximity to cross-cutting fault zones and already known high-grade vanadium mineralisation. 2. The company holds the rights to the Au, Cu and Ni within the deposit, whilst AVL holds the rights to Co and V.

4. Considered as a whole, this "discovery" increases the value of the project as a whole. There may be a need for BYH and AVL to further negotiate with respect to sharing of economics of the Au. Possibly it may make sense for BYH to sell its rights to AVL which will provide further capital for BYH to focus on exploration at Windalah and gives AVL full discretion on the mine plan. Note that AVL is also a substantial shareholder of BYH.

An interesting situation. All IMO and GLTA.

I'm a holder of both - AVL is likely to be a fair way off mining at the site at this stage.

It is a little messy at the moment and the companies do need to get something sorted out.I suspect that the two companies will come to some arrangement that jointly benefits both in terms of the development of the site.

I doubt AVL would have the capital to buy the rights from BYH.
