Yep. But the Ni-Cu-Co is a larger subset of the resource, comprising all transitional (depending on floatability of transitional sulphides) and fresh, which is a greater proportion of the whole 32Mt, and hence the tails. There's also, assuming AVL goes ahead, little doubt that this could be recoverable given the tails will exist, have value, and a known quantity.
I guess, this is a great result for long-suffering BYH holders, and an opportunity to dismount, but not ultimately a reason to go crazy.
