    So, BSA just sold a business that lost $4m last year for $20m ($18 after costs)? Seems like a good deal to me.

    They have said that that the CUI (nbn) business which delivered EBITDA of $16.9 million in 2021 and $8.1 million in 2022 is expected to deliver “significantly improved divisional performance in 2023”. And they still own the APS Fire Build business was break even last year!

    Market cap is only $41 million and balance sheet is looking good after this sale. Stock looks way too cheap here.
