Does BSA raise capital in the next 6 months?
The $9m class action payment is due in a few months. They might have enough headroom in their debt facility but extending the maturity beyond Sept could be tricky
Plus they still have to fund the $3.8m of restructuring costs associated with the closure of APS Fire (which they provisioned in 1H24 but are yet to pay)
Plus they seem generally undercapitalised with $23m of negative working capital and $7m of negative equity
Admittedly their operating performance seems to be improving, but I'm not sure that will be enough.
