You are probably correct but I hope not.
I have a feeling that someone does not want the ops to be in the money and that they dont want them converted thereby reducing dilution and providing possability of better future cap raising for the same number of shares. Why settle for 11 mill when i think double that for same dilution is possible.
Obviously all in my opinion only but this is why i hold no options as have no extra funds to convert.
