OPEX and AISC accounting treatments are different. Here is the same BFS. OPEX around 230 USD, after sustaining costs are included, AISC measurement of operating costs is US263.
Sustaining costs were classified with CAPEX (incl sustaining costs). Note sustaining costs can usually be depreciated (depending on what it is) so for the DCF model the banks where using, the cashflow from depreciation needed to be taken into account.
