Not that happy about this either. I wanted production to come first, show holders they can actually make something before even floating the idea of a cap raise. I have a sneaking suspicion they need more money too, 45 million to expand, but wouldn't be surprised if some of that gets put towards finishing the first plant stage. Seems expensive otherwise just to raise 20ktpa capacity.

Also, don't see why its necessary to expand pre production.
