I think there would be truth in some of this.
With the current climate, the history and what is in the air at SO4 there is no way a logical company in KLLs position even thinks about mentioning choosing to increase costs BEFORE the announcement that the plant works, is spitting out product and we have revenues coming in.
Very interesting choice. Holders want certainty that there will be a return on investment at this stage, not further promises of even bigger revenues provided enough money gets thrown at it.
It may well be that there is no hidden agenda at all with this announcement but if that's the case it shows the company isn't aware of how nervous the sector is at the moment.
