That's a BTE CR issue as we are free carried.
So PH2 does't really need to take up any new shares in BTE unless of course our Chairman Ron P considers otherwise for it to be a good financial return for PH2 S/holders.
Remember that this CR is being used to get the gas wells to production & commercialisation levels.
