No big loss given an offer of 7c, but I do wonder about not engaging at all with the Bigtincan board

The more immediate issue is Regal and IMO their aim to get LVT on the cheap (through their holding in BTH) is now going to cost time/effort/money especially when we are so close to an AGM and they could have voiced their concerns in that forum

Anyway, lets hope mgmt don't get distracted and continue to execute on growing the business.....reading the news about FTX, and my sense is that a lot of VCs and investors have got burnt in the US so not sure that too many parties are going to be interested in a company on the other side of the world that arguably had a few question marks about mgmt and also have operations across multiple continents etc not necessarily aligned.

Karl needs to execute on strategy they laid out (reduce costs, simplify operations, streamline the offering) and stop cash burn......simple right!
