    I think there was an agreement between Karl and BTH. Now it looks like BTH had wanted to buy LVT after delisting from ASX. I think it was the plan ... WE will see if Karl will accept the offer it means it was definitely the plan. Maybe Karl and Peter own already 20% shares in BTH. They just wanted to escape from LVT.
