Also why would they want to escape LVt? I think Karl loves livetiles. Now that Pete is gone LVT should be cash flow positive and profitable.

I feel BTH need LVT more than LVT need them.

Yes you are probably right. But anyway if Karl wants to sell I am sure shareholders will reject this proposal the same as delisting. I think most of the shareholders bought in at levels like 30c and they are desperately waiting for those levels.
