I think a lot of those that bought high have sold out all ready at end of last financial year or on delisting anoouncment but there will still be many like FIL who would be in the 20s still. Regal is the one é have to worry about the most because they have a shit load of shares at average 4c so for them 7c is all ready good profit.

But FIL and many other shareholder would arill vote no and they might be enough to reject this offer
