Who said you need capital raise?? Read my post again...it is the mining company that needs capital raise so in your case it is beta cell that needs capital raise...! PNV does not own beta cell so don't until you decide to buy beta cell in that case first dilution will happen for merger and second will happen due to capital raise but it is not the case right now ...!so chilll.
what is important is to get NEW Chairman and CEO who can work together and run company in harmony...no point keeping chairman who is behind massive fall in share price from mid $2 to 97c !!!
