I've done my homework - have a look at the annual report, admin costs and cash burn. As they ramp up it is unlikely to go down.
Are they going to manage and administer for free for the next 2 years: I don't think so. R&D may be covered in isolation, but that is all - I suggest you read the announcements more carefully.
