Yes it does for various reasons:

• Reflect on many HC posts over the last 2 months (or since Jan 25).
• This could easily re-open at 25-30 cents allowing some to offload (i.e. sell the news)
• The SP could now easily spike high on any given day (i.e. Institutions & traders)
• Some holders may sell all/some off & subscribe to the entitlement offer at a lower price.

So there would appear to be a window to exit for those who want to do so.

I'm not saying I would sell, but then I haven't been posting like some.

It is a pivotal time for the company & hopefully it can re-rate from here.
