Tx @Fredwah - great work.
So taking your numbers, here's how it could work out for KWR holders (example only):
- You currently have 200k KWR shares
- At current SP of 0.034c, that is ~$6,800 in market value (i.e. 200,000 * 0.034)
- Based on the merger details, 200k KWR shares convert to ~454,545 merged company shares (i.e. 200,000 / 0.44)
- At a MergedCo SP of 0.016c (based on Fredwah's spreadsheet), 454,545 shares equate to ~$7,272 in market value
Technically KWR shareholders aren't losing share market value.
Both BTR and KWR are getting diluted to buggery - so we're losing company share value.
KWR will have a mill with the merger (and a camp).
The mill is not operational (?). So we don't really have a mill.
Merged company is not trucking ore from Menzies 250km+ in any reality (see @Yilgangie post)
@Mollybeck55 / @OldCar - some questions (just looking for better understanding from BTR shareholders):
- What is wrong with the BTR mill....why ain't it working?
- What is required to get it working / operational? How much would it cost $$$ according to BTR?
- Are BTR considering toll treatment because of a lack of funds to repair the mill?
DF
PS, my calcs above could be wrong.
