I think the idea was to mine Menzies high grade first. Selkirk high grade is probably locked in for BML to cart to Kalgoorlie. (This will provide cash for plant refurbishment / upgrade).

THEN:

Mine high grade at the other Menzies pits, (and stock pile low grade).
Truck Menzies high grade to Laverton and blend with the local low grade.
Gradually truck lower/moderate grade from Menzies until it becomes uneconomical.
Use up ROM ore from Laverton.
(They should probably leave a lot of the lowest grade untouched even though it may be economic, because life is short and they have the Menzies option waiting).
Shift the plant to Menzies,
Use up ROM ore plus low grade stockpiles at Menzies.
While doing a JV with REZ on East Menzies ore. Or doing a take over of REZ Menzies gold assets.
Then talk to my mates about their low grade ore at Menzies.

Then take a break for lunch.
