If, as someone said former Intermin/Horizon man Ruane has been buying into BTR for a while, You can bet he still has a lot of influence at HRZ and the plan was hatched way back. I dont think Parekh as the HRZ rep KWR knows much about mining, or influences events much. I've had just about enough of the Ashok Parekh "story"..
