Hobba gets paid a $1m, if the coampny does exactly what a bloody gold company is meant to do. Its absurd.

There will be circa 1 billion shares on issue in the combined company with an existing 200 million options outstanding.

The distance to the Laverton Processing Plant is 260km. This is not close.

This a terrible, terrible deal for KWR. We have cash, and we have a JV with BML. We do not need to enter into this merger. This is lazy and self serving from the KWR management. Really disappointing.

What are the performance requirements for the 80m shares? Haven't been set yet?

What is the exercise price of the options? By the looks of it, we'd all be pleased if they were in the money.

Can't readily find what you mean about $1m if the company does what it is meant to do, to Hobba?

Bigger fish in the SBM/Genesis bomb blast zone.
