Updated figures below (worse deal than I originally thought). Note after merger that the company still doesn't have enough cash to refurb/upgrade the mill, so I've added that "sweetener" in as well.
It's probably a good deal to keep management employed for the next few years, but shareholders aren't going to make much off it.
