These are the structural changes needed to reinvent the company to lift the share price back to what is more likely a fair value. IMO Far East Gold is massively undervalued for the potential. To be fair the whole market is down in Gold explorers.

Reorg of management and with the chairman as Justin is a huge step. Justin's Indonesian Nickel company helped change the whole world Nickel Market. Lot's of firepower running FEG.
Idenburg seems like a great potential and is a very mineral rich area of the world. Harder to develop in regards to location but in a low cost environment which makes it attractive. First lets find the gold and copper and that dictates the size of capital for development for return on investment feasibility. Monster find and development will easily stack up.
