I'm going to go out on a limb here and state that I think Vince has it all wrong. The stated reason for the vehicle does not make sense at all. The vehicle is Permatrex, Permatrex has no Cannabidiol component. The DEA surely has no issue with the manufacture of Permatrex as the components in Permatrex are not Schedule 1 drugs? Botanix's reason for the abnormally high results in the vehicle is that the DEA insisted the vehicle, Permatrex, be manufactured in the United States? This manufacture was different between Australia and the USA because Australia has more experience in synthetic Cannabidiol? The reasoning provided by Botanix simply does not make sense.
Am I missing something here?
Perhaps I'm confused?
Would appreciate other's thoughts on the above.
