I think you could be on the money here, they probably working hard now to include some sort of come back in the AGM as they know they are going to get hammered.. so we might still get an explanation ANN tonight or tomorrow or they are leaving it all for one massive ANN that includes the AGM info plus this weeks "please explain wtf happened ANN" that we are all calling/waiting for.. wonder how much sleep the board got since the ANN.. best they be working on sorting this mess out..
