Did you ever think they rushed it on purpose? Think about it. How else would they raise for a phase III off these results? They needed a lower SP and they can say we raised at a premium of 15 cents. Like I said, I smell a rat. Of course this is my reflection on events that have transpired since the yanks have come on board.
