for the primary endpoint - inflammatory lesions, swapping the CV and 5%BID fits perfectly.
for the secondary endpoint - non-inflammatory, agreed, there is still an overly high reaction to the CV. swapping is still a more consistent result.
swapping the data reduces the discrepancies from four to one: USA arm non-inflammatory CV response abnormally high (so high it could be a viable drug?!)
