most of us do not know enough to intelligently second guess this. We are NOW well enough informed to know there was a major stuff up and management KNOW there was a stuff up and they have done something about.

laboriously inventing our own guesses of what could have happened when the majority of us are not sufficiently skilled is just silly.

the one good thing about this is that this has shaken many of us out of our complacency and woken us up to what the processes are as well as the types of things that can go wrong in the various phases. Because of this and things like the greenfund paper I am know much better informed.

previously I was too relaxed for all the wrong reasons. I am now relaxed for the right reasons and much better informed on the processes and the stages and requirements and will be a better investor for it.
