I opined somewhere about 300 posts back that the BOT mgmt seem to be mannering this event with an eye on what happened before with the stock. No one wants to see an enormous ramp up with a cliff-falling price drop on the other side if you're in this for the long haul. They're guiding the "animal spirits" here with a slow-release drug effect by dropping the ace cards onto the table one at a time and avoiding sugar-high spikes. I'm pretty sure they've got a strategic plan to drop news at careful intervals to build momentum like a Tchaikovsky 1812 orchestra finale ending with live cannons. Ka-boom! haha.
