This was in the conclusion - the statement "accelerate some of our investments in marketing" - this is going to need cash (look at the last 2-3 quarters cash requirement for marketing. I believe the cash need for this is going to be greater than the cash they are generating and given the dwindling cash balance, that points to a capital raising.
My suspicion is there will be a CR placement soon, quite possibly by Christmas before the share price erodes much further. Also this possibility is strengthened by the passing of resolution to reset the capacity for the business to do placements. For these reasons I've sold out and I'll buy back in after the CR.
