Bubs suddenly  toddling forward ... at full speed and for no immediately apparent reason ?
I bought a few today in case today’s volume (currently around 17m) and price action (currently up around 25%) has a story behind it beyond the ASX query which is surely pending.

Did the new COO  of three weeks arrive with something up his sleeve?

Bubs Australia appoints former Fonterra man Fabrizio Jorge as COO

Bubs Australia has hired a former Fonterra and Nestle executive as chief operating officer for the goat's milk infant-formula business.

Bubs Australia, which specialises in goat’s milk infant formula, has hired dairy industry veteran Fabrizio Jorge as its chief operating officer.
Jorge, a Brazilian, brings 24 years of experience in the global consumer goods and dairy industry, much of it gained while working for New Zealand dairy giant Fonterra. Most recently, he was the general manager for Fonterra Brands in Thailand, Laos and Myanmar, while previously he had responsibility for Fonterra Australia’s ingredients business with sales to more than 50 export markets.n
Jorge has also been on the board of the Australian Dairy Industry Council and Australian Dairy Products Federation, where he helped to shape the policy direction of Australia’s dairy industry.


He has also worked in leadership roles at food industry giant Nestlé.
Bubs said a key focus of his new role will be to drive global growth strategy initiatives, working closely with CEO Kristy Carr and executive chairman Dennis Lin.

Carr said: “We are thrilled to have Fabrizio join our executive leadership team in the critical role of COO. It is rare to find someone of his calibre and depth of highly relevant international experience in Australia.
“For my part, I have known Fabrizio for many years and I am confident he will contribute significantly to elevating our performance to the next level on our journey as our company continues its focus on global growth and cost discipline.”

Jorge will be based at Bubs’ Melbourne headquarters.
