The matter being mutually discontinued means nothing other than they came to an agreement that both parties could stomach. The parties paying their own costs also has no bearing on the content of the agreed settlement. It just reflects the fact that both parties had brought claims against each other, so it was not simply a one sided action.

The actual terms of the settlement are confidential so we won't know one way or another if there was a financial component to it (unless it can be dug out of the fine print of the next report).

It would be reasonable to assume BUB management have paid out an amount, because of the two parties, they are obviously the ones who would like to move on from this ASAP. Everything we have seen to date indicates that Carr and Lin are intent on hanging around in the background like a bad smell.
