That is one of the points that I am making, i.e. an impending write down on carrying value of the Deloraine factory. This is important though it is non-cash. (If you look at earlier announcements BUB has already said that it intends to withdraw the original SAMR application and replace it with another. That will only delay SAMR approval, if they ever get it.)
IMO, the inventory issue is more serious (even though a smaller amount) as it is cash related and is still ongoing.
