Agree; there is certainly a mis-alignment of timing that blurs the picture. ... and a bit of guesswork on my part.
It annoyed me somewhat that one had to dig for the windfall profit (an amount which was not chicken feed in the scheme of things). There is quite a bit I would like to point more, but I don't want to annoy holders here anymore, and since I am a non-holder; i.e. I have no skin in the game.
