How new board will overcome expenses when they are rewarding themselves with more incentives and bonus shares? Wasn't it one of point to reduce monthly expenses losses from 5 million dollars to 2 million dollars. Is it not applicable to board of directors? They are already running low on cash and such high salaries will wipe out cash in no time. What was benefit of strategic review when it is not applicable to board of directors.
