Initially I was disappointed to hear of the CR as I was hoping they could have managed the growth and opportunities within their current balance sheet but on reflection I feel that they have seen massive growth opportunities and in order to make the most of and establish BUB products in China and throughout Asia they need to upscale every part of their business quickly. This takes a lot of cash up front to achieve.
I would expect that the next 2 quarters will still show a lot of cash burn but sales increasing significantly due to goat and cow IF to Asia. Given what they are proposing I would want to see 25m per quarter in revenue pretty quickly, which I believe is very achievable. I would also expect revenue to be doubled the following year.
