Based on the slides they're using half of the funds for the Deloraine earnout payments.
$35m capital raising comprising:
- $15m for M&A commitments - paying Deloraine their earnout payment
- $5.5m for China Marketing
- $5m for Asia Expansion - increase market share in Vietnam and launch into Hong Kong
- $5m for Product Innovation - extend food nutrition for kids
- $3m for supply chain
All up $18.5m is actually used for operational purposes.
