Because the stockmarket works on future potential. It is the potential that is invested in now at what one would determine an undervalued price. Blue chips and defensive stocks are for the totally risk averse like a penisioner. But when investors are looking at share price growth they look for the POTENTIAL and position themselves before everyone elses catches on. The potential in new markets, in the capacity and rooting out the key grifters.
This is very well understood concept by guns in the business not so much understood by simple minds.
Also understood by guns in the business is the accrued losses to offset future profits, again not the sime minds.
Bubs offered an amazing opportunity in this little period to almost double ones money. Sad if you missed out having such focus on this company, seems obessive but hey better than chain smoking.
As for the 4C the company has already prepared the market for a shocker, everyone knows it will be bad. It will simply offer another opportunity to position oneself for a good short medium term trade because of FUTURE potential. The trick is to get in before the company stabilises. I genuinely wish everyone enourmous gains, its not a pipe dream its possible when one has the guts to put their money into opportunities. Average people can do it, I've done over and over again. This appears to be a risky oppurtunity but one that can provide decent returns. This risk isnt for everyone.
Just my opinion and certainly not financial advice because im just an accountant that has 10x a few times in this playground.

Bellamy's rode this wave at it's peak, but the tides have changed now. Even the might A2 has been crushed.

Australian Infant Formula is now dead in China. The new regulations for CBEC have killed the Daigou and the new Regulations for SAMR mean more than 75% of bricks&mortar formula is Chinese origin. It's gone.

It's over people.

BUBS has now cut their China Distributor lose ( A2 Andy ), so BUBS don't even have a Distributor in China now. Imagine the damage Andy can do by dumping his stock in China. He can trash the brand very badly if we wants.

Yes, the USA remains a possibility, but that's lots more work and money to establish.

It worries me that people are throwing money at this thing at the moment.

I still can't see at value > $100M for BUBS which means $0.14 at best for a take over price value.
