Its another distribution deal they need to boost annual revenue from the current half year of $1,936,862 up to around $16m for the full year.
BAL had managed to get its cost of sales down to around 54% of $244m revenue for 2016 FY whereas BUB had a cost of sales for HY 2017 FY of around 70%. If we assume BUBS can get it cost of sales down to 55% once demand increases with this extra distribution then it will only need annual revenue of around $16m to reach a PE of 20 at the current 19.5c share price.
