but on the finance side , the 6% production margin you are referring to the quarterly? refer to the half yearly or annual reporting i think best was 18% and increasing each report if you compare. the quarterly cash flow does not accurately reflect gross margin for a company with fast expanding sales- as they are likely to producing more goods, and incurring those costs immediately - however receiving receipts from sales 2-3 months ago.
the cash flow reports those costs differently to the income statements
