Looks to be anticipated around late 2025. The reason they are already allowed to sell, is that the US FDA granted BUB a temporary exemption from the regulatory enforcement so that it could import its products. There are a lot of companies that have been granted the same exemption, the reason being to address formula shortages created by a contamination scandal awhile back.
