It wouldn't make sense for A2M.
BUB are better off soliciting a takeover from a Chinese company like Mengniu (who bought Bellamy's).
It might be trickier to gain Aus government approval this time around though given the different stance on China compared to way back then. And there is a manufacturing asset involved.
